This week I had the opportunity to help one of our local farmers process an over-abundance of tomatos. He offered to pay me; I'm no fool, I asked to be paid in tomatos. Golly gee, at this time of year, having tons of organicaly grown, heirloom tomatos is abolutely priceless. Well needless to say, I spent a few days this week canning these delicious fruits.
What is old is new again
